Delivery Options and Details for UK Swim Store.

Shipping options are displayed on the check out pages, when you enter your shipping address.

Please note we do not offer free returns, and your order will not come with a free returns label. If you wish to return an item, you will need to take it to a post office and pay postage. Please see our full retunrs policy at. http://www.ukswimstore.com/returns-and-exchanges

Please Note: Next day orders must be with us by 2pm on a working day, to be dispatched on the day of order.

UK Delivery

Parcels in the UK will be shipped by the Royal Mail.  Please Note: For the Channel Islands, please select Guernsey or Jersey as your country for delivery, and the VAT will be adjusted accordingly.

Royal Mail Services
We offer two types of delivery method by the Royal Mail, Standard First Class Recorded and Next Day delivery. Both require a signature and have a tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of value of the order and the country the order is being delivered to.

If no one is in to sign for the parcel Royal Mail SHOULD leave a card detailing where and how to pick the parcel up from their local depot. Sometimes Royal Mail postman forget to leave a card. If a parcel is left at the depot for more than 7 days it will be returned back to the UK Swim Store Office.

Standard First Class Recorded orders within the UK (and Channel Islands) 

• Value of order up to £9.99  - £3.00 postage
• Value of order up to £64.99 -  £4.00 postage
• Value of order £65  - £4.50 Postage 
• Please note parcels over 2kg will be sent by a courier service.

Next Day delivery charges within the UK (please see daily cut off times below for next day delivery)

• Value of order up to £150  - £7.50 postage
• Value of order above £150  - £12.00 postage

We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy at any time.

Delivery Times - Standard First Class Recorded

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and if an item is in stock it will be dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Our Standard UK postage is 1-2 days with the Royal Mail. If an item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and give you an estimated delivery date (which will be between 1-2 weeks).

Delivery Times - Next (Working) Day

Our cut off for next day delivery is 2pm. If you order Monday (Excluding Bank holidays) to Thursday before 2pm (UK time), your order will be dispatched the same day and delviered the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm will arrive before 1pm the next working day. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days, therefore orders placed before 2pm on Friday will not be delivered till Monday, (excluding bank holidays). Our warehouse is closed at the weekend and for bank holidays, therefore orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched Monday (excluding bank holiday Mondays) and will arrive Tuesday.

Missed Parcels and Signatures

Your parcel will require a signature at point of delivery and the Royal Mail should not leave the parcel if they do not obtain a signature. Please try to have your parcel sent to an address that you can receive deliveries at. If the Royal Mail are unable to deliver the parcel they will leave a red card. The customer can then ring for redelivery. Or the Royal Mail will hold the parcel at the local depot for approx two weeks, for the customer to collect.
