Does UK Swim Store Produce a Mail Order Catalogue?

How do I know if my online order was successful?
If your online order was successful you will receive an e-mail almost immediately with your order number. This will be e-mailed to the e-mail address given on the order. Orders are dispatched quickly so if you haven't received your dispatched e-mail containing your order's tracking number within two working days of date of order, it would be best to confirm the order was successful. This can be done by either e-mailing info@ukswimstore.com or calling 0845 094 1377.
How do I know what size swimwear to buy?
Finding the right swimsuit for you is a very personal thing. At UK Swim Store we offer the broadest a range of swimwear for “real” women, that we can find. For more information on sizes click here.
What type of swimwear will I find on UK Swim Store?
We sell swimwear for ladies who love to swim, but demand a bit more from their swimsuit. We specialise in swimsuits that have bust control and offer better coverage. Swimwear that will give anyone of any shape and size confidence to get in the water and really swim. We have the biggest range online of boyleg and legged swimwear.
How do I know if I swimsuit is in stock?
The UK Swim Store website has a stock availability system. When you select the size and colour of the swimsuit you want, a logo will appear underneath the quantity stating whether an item is in or out of stock.
Can I return a swimsuit if it does not fit me?
At UK Swim store we know that finding the perfect swimsuit can sometimes be difficult. So please do refer to our returns policy for full details of how you can send back a swimsuit that does not fit.
How quickly will I receive my order?
If your order is received before 2pm (Monday to Friday), your order will be dispatched the same day by First Class Recorded Royal Mail Post. How much is postage to the UK?
Postage costs for the UK can be seen on our "delivery infomration page". Postage is worked out on the weight of the parcel, so is determined by how many swimsuits or accessories you purchase. The postage cost will appear (excluding VAT) on the check out pages before you complete your order.

Does UK Swim Store Have any retail outlets?
I'm sorry we don't have any shops, we are only an online business.
How can I track an order I have placed?
All orders whether shipped by courier or the Royal Mail will have a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail, using the e-mail address provided on your order.
Can I pay by cheque for my order?
If you wish to pay by cheque please phone 0845 095 1377 and we can take your order over the phone. Cheque payment orders can not be made online.
