Refund/ Exchange Policies

 

 

Please read carefully before returning your item, as we expect all returned merchandise to be in pristine saleable condition.

 

A full refund (excluding postage costs) or an exchange will be issued for merchandise returned if:

  • Products are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unmarked, do not smell of smoke, have all original tags and hygiene strips attached, and are in their original condition. Any product returned that does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
  • Products are received within 28 days of the date your order was placed. No returns will be accepted after 28 days from date of order (UK and International). Any product received after this date will be shipped back to the customer.

We will endeavour to process your request as quickly as possible. Returns requiring an exchange or refund may take up to 10 working days to be received and processed through our system.

 

An exchange will be placed as a new order and an e-mail will be sent when the order is shipped. Exchange orders will receive free First Class Recorded shipping back to the customer.

 

An e-mail confirmation of a refund will be sent to you. Credit card refunds may take a few additional days to be processed by your card issuer. Cheque refunds will be issued for all orders paid for by cheque.

 

Returned products are the responsibility of the customer until they arrive back with UK Swim Store. We recommend obtaining proof of posting or postal insurance when mailing returned products back.
