Shipping Information

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices, (excluding VAT). We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

UK Delivery 

Customers in the UK can select to have their orders sent either by the Royal Mail, or the Courier Service UK Mail.  For the Channel Islands, please select this as your country for delivery, and the VAT will be adjusted accordingly.

Courier - UK Mail  

Delivery charge  for UK Mail is £6.00  We can offer a next day delivery service using UK Mail. Orders must be placed before 2pm for Next Day Delivery. Orders placed before 2pm will arrive the next working day. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days, therefore orders placed before 2pm on Friday will not be delivered till Monday. Our warehouse is closed at the weekend, therefore orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched Monday and will arrive Tuesday.

Royal Mail 

We offer two types of delivery method by the Royal Mail, Standard First Class recorded and Next Day Delivery. Both require a signature and have a tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight and the country the order is being delivered to.

Royal Mail Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and if an item is in stock it will be dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Our Standard UK postage is 1-2 days with the Royal Mail. If an item is not in stock we will contact you immediately and give you an estimated delivery date (which will be between 1-2 weeks).

Royal Mail Delivery
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and require a signature at point of delivery. If no one is in to sign for the parcel Royal Mail SHOULD leave a card detailing where and how to pick the parcel up from their local depot. Sometimes Royal Mail postman forget to leave a card. If a parcel is left at the depot for more than 7 days it will be returned back to the UK Swim Store Office.

Non UK Delivery 

Deliveries outside of the UK will be sent by the International Service offered by the Royal Mail.

• Up to 0.15kg - £7.00 (inc VAT)

We can send parcels to the following countires in the rest of the world.
