These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone, or by post with UK Swim Store Ltd.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before transacting as they specify the terms under which we agree to sell products to you.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.

Pricing
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£). All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We check the website regularly to ensure that our pricing is correct. In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to dispatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish.
Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and excluding all delivery costs. VAT will be charged on orders to the UK and EU. VAT will be subtracted on orders outside the EU and to the Channel Islands.
Any price shown that is not in Sterling is only an indication of price. Actual prices charged may vary slightly due to conversion rates at time of purchase. We aim to keep our currency rates as "live" as possible, but there will always be a variance dependant on the credit card issuer used.
Payment Methods
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (not secure), telephone, or post.
All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisations by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order.
Cards accepted by UK Swim Store Ltd are below and will be processed by Sage Pay Payment Gate way.
UK Swim Store also subscribes to the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode password-protected identity-checking services. 
These services take the risk out of online shopping for you the customer.
UK Swim Store also accept cheques in pounds sterling. If you wish to pay by cheque please place your order by calling our order line on 0845 094 1377. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
Delivery
UK Swim Store aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days (to UK addresses). If an item is going to take longer we will notify you immediately.
The standard method of shipment to a UK addresses is by Royal Mail First Class Recorded post, which requires a signature at the point of delivery.
A special delivery option is available for the next working day and can be selected on the checkout page. This postage option will only apply to orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm will be delivered Monday before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, or on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for arrival Tuesday.
Postage and packaging is based on the weight of the item/s purchased and the shipping destination. For more information on P&P please click through to our shipping page.
We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy at any time.
Products
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colours on the site match as closely as possible the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
Returns and Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the products. To cancel your order please follow the procedure set out in our Returns Policy.
UK Swim Store offers a no quibble returns policy. A full refund (excluding postage costs) or an exchange will be issued for merchandise returned if:
- Products are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unmarked, do not smell of smoke, have all original tags and hygiene strips attached, and are in their original condition. Any product returned that does not meet these criteria will be shipped back to the customer.
- Products are received within 28 days of the date your order was placed. No returns will be accepted after 28 days from date of order (UK and International). Any product received after this date will be shipped back to the customer.
Postage and Packaging costs are not refundable if you return any products.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to Products which, fall into the following categories:
Goods made to your specification (for example individually embroidered or printed items)
Privacy Policy
UK Swim Store collects and stores data about customers to enable orders to be processed and to aid in giving good customer service. Such data will never be passed to anyone with out asking the customer first. Such data will be used by UK Swim Store for our own Marketing purposes including keeping customers informed of offers or information about www.ukswimstore.com
UK Swim Store will endeavour to hold accurate and up to date information about customers. If you find any inaccuracies about your personal information, please inform us and we will correct the data.
If you receive information from UK Swim Store and would prefer to have no further information please e-mail info@ukswimstore.com requesting to be taken off our mailing lists. Alternatively ring our customer service team on 0845 094 1377 to be removed. Please give all your customer details so that this can be done efficiently.
