Available in UK dress size 8 to size 20. (We have tried to make the sizes true to actual dress sizes. And the shorts have been size tested on real women.) The following waist measurements are of the unstretched garment measured off the body and then an approximated waist measurement when worn. Please remember the waist of the garment is elasticated and the fabric is stretchy.

We have tried these leggings on in the UK Swim Store office and customers have given us feedback on sizing, so I would suggest going for your actual trouser size and ignore the waist measurements. So if you wear a 16 in trousers get the 16 leggings.
